...that under the Occupational Health & Safety Act 85/1993, employers are required to have 5% of all employees trained in First Aid?

The Act also requires that these employees should be re-trained on an annual basis! You may already have your quota of trained staff but if not, Living Dynamics has now introduced high quality First Aid training that is certified by the Department of Labour and offers NFQ accreditation.
 
The training is provided by the newest member of our team, Roy Wood. Roy has 25 years practical experience as a fire-fighter in the UK and spent his last 5 years as Officer-in-Charge of a Fire Station. He is also a qualified First Aid Instructor and registered with the Resuscitation Council of Southern Africa. Roy delivers certified First Aid courses at Levels 1, 2 and 3.

FULL ACCREDITATION!

After seven years of Provisional Accreditation with the Services Seta, we are excited to announce that Living Dynamics has now been awarded Full Accreditation status.

After an initial rain postponed day, we were all relieved and happy to see the sunshine for the Hiprom team building day at Arrow Rest in the Hartbeespoort dam area. The Hiprom staff members were strategically divided into eight teams of ten with emphasis placed on integrating all levels of management and staff within the organisation. The day consisted of the teams taking part in five fun but challenging activities with both individual and team points being scored for their participation and performance. The days activities included quad biking, paintball, bass fishing, archery and chipping. We received great feedback from the senior management at Hiprom and are looking forward to hosting their group again in the near future.
