Established in 1993, Living Dynamics is a highly specialised communication skills training consultancy. Our aim is to help people, at all levels, to communicate more effectively across language and cultural barriers, in both formal and informal environments. Carefully structured assessments and custom built programmes have ensured a high success rate and solid client relationships.

Living Dynamics is registered with the Services Seta and with the Theta (decision no:0282), and has registered constituent assessors and a moderator in-house. Most of the programmes are aligned to unit standards, carry NQF credits and the programmes can be assessed and certificated if required. Crucially, this accreditation enables clients to claim their skills development levy rebate.

Living Dynamics has always offered customised in-house training but has recently decided to open their own training venue so that they can cater for individuals in Public Courses. Our training venue can also be hired as a mini-conference venue for up to eight people. Your function could combine conferencing with a game of golf (accompanied by a PGA Professional with swing analysis and coaching) or any motivational talk or training from Living Dynamics' portfolio of programmes. These programmes will be custom built to suit your needs. Accommodation is available on site on a bed and breakfast basis.       

The Team

Caroline  

Caroline Tough is the founder of Living Dynamics. Her original background was teaching English, voice and drama. She has an ATCL, LTCL and DipTESOL with Trinity College of London. She started Living Dynamics in 1993 to cater for the gap which had emerged for corporate training in Business English and Presentation Skills. Since then she has developed many programmes for Living Dynamics - all of which aim to allow delegates to have fun while they learn in a non-threatening environment.  She trains all of Living Dynamics' programmes and is very involved in marketing, course development and keeping up with industry trends. 

Lorraine 

They say dynamite comes in small packages! This is true of Lorraine who is an energetic and exciting trainer, passionate about helping delegates to achieve their goals. She makes training fun and is involved in facilitating all of Living Dynamics' programmes. Lorraine has a Master's degree in TESOL (Teaching English as Second or Foreign Language), and an Honour's degree in French Translation and a BA in Audio-Visual Production Communication. As well as an ATCL and LTCL with Trinity College of London.

 Natasha

Natasha is a qualified and vibrant Image Consultant and a member of APICSA (Association of Professional Image Consultant’s of South Africa).  Natasha has an honours degree in Statistics, specialising in Statistics, Marketing, Industrial Psychology and Psychometrics. Natasha has had various training and coaching experiences, especially in the automotive and resources industry. She specialises in marketing and business development for Living Dynamics. Natasha also designs and facilitates Image and First Impressions workshops, as well as the facilitation of other Living Dynamics' programmes.

Tracey 

Tracey Lindeque specialises in TESOL and enjoys group and one-on-one sessions for training in general and Business English. Tracey has a BA (Psyc), HED Post Grad and a TEFL Diploma. She has 10 years English training experience, including some time teaching English in Japan and the UK. She specialises in one-on-one training in presentation skills, English fluency and pronunciation, and TESOL group training.  She has been involved with Living Dynamics for the last two years. 

Liz

Liz McDougal is our specialist facilitator in English and receptionist one-on-one training. She works for Living Dynamics on a part-time basis as she is involved in ABET and other language training in her own capacity. 

 Chris 

Chris is a registered PGA Professional with plenty of experience in teaching, club management and customer care expertise. He is also a passionate and successful fly-fisherman. He is our team builiding expert - leading getaways to assist teams to work in harmony with each other, using the medium of games, workshops and fly-fishing and competitions.
