Directions to our training and mini-conference venue:

From Pretoria Central

  1. Get onto Proes Street heading out of town (a one way street) facing Pretoria West.

  2. Stay on Proes until you get to the traffic light with DF Malan Road. Turn right here.

  3. Get into the left hand lane immediately as you are going to turn left at the next robot into Vom Hagen Street. At this traffic light you will see a road sign that says, “ M4 Hartebeespoort / N4 Toll”.

  4. Stay on Vom Hagen all the way. After three or four traffic lights you will now be on the Magalies toll road and will come to the first toll gate called “Quagga plaza”.

  5. You will go through two toll gates, (a total of R6.00 is needed for both).

  6. Straight after the second toll gate the toll road ends and you will go up a slight hill / off ramp to your left.

  7. At the top of the off ramp turn left.

  8. About 200 m on is a stop street. Turn right here into R512 to Broederstroom.

  9. Pass Pelindaba on left (has a robot) . Go straight past a three way stop street with a fruit and veg shop on the right and a Sasol garage on the opposite left corner.

  10. Follow this road, it twists and turns. Eventually you will pass a small shopping centre on the right with a Spar shop and a Wimpy. The road will bend to the left and after 200 m there is a four way stop.

  11. Turn right at this stop street. The entrance to Pecanwood is on the right hand side. 

From OR Tambo Airport

  1. From the airport follow signs for the R21 to Pretoria.

  2. Stay on the R21 for approximately 35 kms

  3. Once you have passed the Nelmapius Drive off ramp, move into the left hand lane and prepare to filter left onto the N1 South.

  4. On the N1 South, you will drive past the Centurion area. Once you have passed the John Vorster off ramp, move into the far right lane. The highway splits at this point and you will carry on straight by following signs for N14 to Krugersdorp.

  5. Stay on N14 for approximately 20 kms.

  6. Take the off ramp called R512 and at the top of the off ramp is a robot. Turn right towards Lanseria airport.

  7. Pass the turn off to Lanseria airport, go straight.

  8. Stay on this road right to the end, you will come to a T-junction. (Approximately 20 kms from off ramp to t-junction) You will see a fruit & veg stall in front of you and a garage off to the left.

  9. Turn left here. Follow this road, it twists and turns. Eventually you will pass a small shopping centre on the right with a Spar shop and a Wimpy. The road will bend to the left and after 200 m there is a four way stop.

  10. Turn right at this stop street. The entrance to Pecanwood is on the right hand side.

The journey is about 105 kms and will take around an hour and a quarter.
