The aim of this programme is to enable Executive Personal
Assistants
to fine tune the skills they require for
working at this senior level. The programme gives in depth
insight into many effective communication techniques
required face-to-face and on the telephone. It shows
delegates the need for working discreetly, loyally and
efficiently to support and enhance the role being
                                         played by their manager.

  • Writing effective reports and agendas.
  • Email etiquette for the PA and the manager.
